Blatently ignoring my Dr.'s advice for my tendonitis

I get cold easily, and Living in San Francisco that can be an issue.  So I've been trying to find a pattern for fingerless gloves.  I found these and I think I'm going to make them, probably shorter than the ones pictured.  I will post pictures when they are done.
